Travelocity Banner Knows Where I'm Going - Advertising Lab
This must just be a cookie that Travelocity recognizes on another site. That, or they've picked up a conversation thread somewhere, like Twitter? Seems unlikely though, as it would be too random. Any way that they could have picked up the travel purchase info from another travel site? Maybe if it was a partner site or something?

Browser takeover banner technology from EyeWonder
Pretty trippy browser takeover effect. I'd guess some people would be pretty distressed about this effect, although they're certain not to miss it.
