I like this article because it shows that a lot of great site content can be done with some very simple, basic things. Things like easy to use product finders and easy access to product manuals. There's a great list of a lot of things that should be Content 101 for most brands.

CBS sets 'Heckle' Web series
Starring Tom Arnold. About a guy who excels at heckling during basketball gaems, and is timed for launch to coincide with the NCAA hoops tourney. Interesting attempt at creating what seems like a small, seasonal series. This is CBS Interactive's latest entry into Webisode content development. It's slated for 10 Webisodes.

Interesting post from Robert Richman, who I met at the LA Social Media Club last night. A lot of content, but look for the 'Future of Advertising' section, 'the Future of Television' section, and his Conclusions. Especially interesting is the idea of brands becoming the next VCs.
A big underscore for the Future of Advertising is the question around how do major brands find scale in online media, aptly put under the header "Your blog sponsorship is our rounding error".
